Consulting is sold in pitch rooms. We rebuilt the deck system around a modular component library — 84 page templates, drag-and-drop in PowerPoint, that automatically respect the brand grid even when a junior associate fills it at 2am the night before a pitch.
We treated the brand system like a software product — versioned, documented, with a help portal. Six months in, the design adoption rate inside the firm sits at 94% — measured by the proportion of client-facing decks built on the system.
